I created this audio introduction because I believe that the best way to understand design is through conversation, not just visuals. I'm a designer who bridges information divides through equitable UX. My work started with a critical question: how can we design technology that supports human narratives, rather than replacing them. Throughout my career, I've Learned that design can either intentionally include or accidentally exclude certain voices. I've also discovered that my position as a designer shapes whose voices I hear, which is why I believe coming a user myself is the best step to genuinely understanding what people really care about. I bring a hospitality mindset to technology, designing systems that welcome all users , regardless of their background or technical skills.
